Important Information Regarding Email Scam

 18th December 2007

Bowmer and Kirkland have been made aware of emails being sent out, supposedly from our company, offering employment to people around the world. In addition these emails often make wild claims about free flights to the UK, accommodation, large salaries and company cars; they then go on to ask for personal details, including copies of passports, visas and banking details.

Please note that Bowmer and Kirkland do not offer employment by email, or request personal information to be sent by this method.  Any emails offering employment or requesting details are false and should be forwarded to your local police, or scam@bandk.co.uk and we will forward them on your behalf.

We very much regret that some individuals have had their hopes of employment in the United Kingdom raised by this illegal activity.  Bowmer and Kirkland are working with the law enforcement agencies to combat this crime.

Bowmer and Kirkland accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses suffered as a result of anyone who is a victim of this Fraud and you should direct your enquiries to the appropriate authorities.

As and when we have further information, we will update this page.  For further information on these types of illegal emails please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employment_scams (English only)
